  Seriously? and all over walking over someones "property" haha wow!! if that's how your officers are trained by the Peace Officer Standards and Training program then I feel very sorry for your future as a whole. And let me set the record straight, from here on if he or anyone from your department ever puts their knee on someone else's neck like he did to that defenseless kid, I can promise you that would be their last day they ever use a leg on anyone else. In fact, I am going to forward the video to an aggressive Watchdog agency to pay your boys in uniform a visit. In addition, I will be conducting a comprehensive investigation on behalf of the public against your entire department.

  So it seems that it is ok for your officers to threaten children without being aware of a situation. It is disgusting to see someone under oath to serve and protect act in such a manner. It makes me wonder what kind of officers you are creating when I see how quickly this one turned violent. It is almost as if he has no idea how to ask questions to deduce the situation which makes for a person that has no business being an officer considering that is a main tool for an officer. It makes me think that you teach your officers to be nothing but suspicious of and to expect the worst of young black children. This is just abysmal and all of you should feel ashamed for how this man acted. It puts a negative light on your whole force.
